Local Job Board: This community-focused job board is designed to connect employers with local talent. If you have a job to post, just send it my way—it’ll be promoted through multiple channels, including social media and community boards. 2. Employer Spotlight: Want to highlight your business? I can create a promotional spotlight that showcases what you do, your values, and why your business is a great place to work. It’s a great way to increase local awareness and attract talent. 3. Recruitment & HR Support: From onboarding templates to interview support, employment documents, and even performance evaluations—I can assist at every stage of the recruitment and HR process. I also offers guidance on disciplinary procedures and exit strategies. 4. Customized Workshops: These training sessions are built around your team's needs—covering topics like customer service, conflict resolution, and social media skills.
